Charles E.
Siler
I have to go by
weight on the mailings and snail mail normally takes
about a week. Those who are in a hurry can add the
five dollar round figure. I can live with the small
amount of overage. A regular order takes about $2.50
s&h.—Chuck

I'm adding the JazzAngel because an old friend who's
playing with the Heavenly Horns came to mind. When
I first moved to L.A. in 1966, he was one of my big
brothers. His name was Bobby Harris and he was a
terror on anything woodwind. This JazzAngel is
dressed in royal purple because Bobby also liked
that color (He was a native New Orleanian). Through
him I met Wash Rucker (drummer), David Stinson
(trumpet, tight friend of Lee Morgan) and John
Boudreaux (drummer/another New Orleanian). The
venue was Woodley Lewis' Celebrity Room on Central
Avenue in Compton.—Chuck
